Just about everything in modern schooling creates data. Yet across Member States, educational data remains fragmented, siloed, and non-comparable—limiting the ability of decision-makers to understand equity gaps, evaluate investments, and design targeted digital education policies.

THE SOLUTION

EDUDATA addresses this challenge by co-developing and piloting a research-informed, GDPR-compliant Multilevel Data Governance Model. Connecting primary and secondary schools directly with national ministries and EU frameworks, EDUDATA operationalises key priorities of the Digital Education Action Plan (2021–2027) and the Council Recommendations on Enabling Factors for Digital Education.
